We are talking about a line of professional glass chillers that cool glasses using the thermal shock of CO2: they lower the temperature of any glass from 19°C to -40°C in just 10 seconds.
N'ICE machines also increase the duration of freezing beyond any existing limit: they maintain a temperature below 0°C for about 10 minutes.
In addition, the N'ICE glass chillers have a sanitizing function: they eliminate the bacteria present on the surface of the glasses which risk polluting cocktails, wines, beers and drinks and guarantee absolutely healthy drinks and cocktails free of bad odors or microbial loads.
Thanks to the use of glass coolers it is possible to reduce management costs and increase the quality level of the drink.
