All of our glass chiller models work with CO2 cylinders (Carbon dioxide, E290 for food use) with a dip tube inserted inside the cylinder that takes the CO2 in the liquid phase from the bottom.
If you use a cylinder without a dip tube, N'ICE will continue to emit gas, but it will not freeze the glass.
Our glass chillers require a cylinder of 10kg or more.
