N'ICE Basic quickly cools and sanitizes glasses using the thermal shock of CO2: from 19°C to -40°C in just 10 seconds, maintaining a temperature below 0°C for about 10 minutes.
This makes it possible to reduce the operating costs of the machine, increase its autonomy with the same cylinder, reduce the dispersion of CO2 in the air thanks to an emission in line with that of normal human breath.
Furthermore, the BASIC glass chiller sanitizes all types of glass, eliminating the bacteria present on the surface which risk polluting the drinks through the thermal shock produced by the CO2 and guarantees absolutely healthy drinks free of bad odors or microbial charges.
