OPERATION OF N'ICE PREMIUM
| For the perfect functioning of the N'ICE PREMIUM glass chiller, correctly follow the instructions below |

| 1. Connect a cylinder filled with food-grade CO2 gas to the appliance inlet fitting using the appropriate hose supplied.
If the cylinder available has a different fitting than the type of inlet fitting of the PREMIUM equipment, it is necessary to have an adapter fitting that adapts the two fittings. |
| 2. Once the cylinder is firmly connected to N’ICE PREMIUM, open the cylinder valve |
| 3. Connect the N'ICE PREMIUM power cable to a suitable power socket |
| 4. At this point, to start dispensing, simply press the dispensing button |
| 5. The LEDs on the top of N’ICE PREMIUM will turn on and the gas will come out from the special dispensing nozzle |
*ATTENTION: At the end of use, close the valve on the cylinder, discharge the residual pressure by pressing the delivery button (see photo) and disconnect the power cord of the appliance from the socket
*ATTENTION: do not use cylinders that contain gas with a pressure higher than the maximum allowed pressure reported in the technical data and / or different from E290 (co2 for food)
