N'ICE professional glass chillers cool glasses using the thermal shock of CO2: they lower the temperature of any glass from 19°C to -40°C in just 10 seconds. Furthermore, they increase the duration of freezing beyond any existing limit: a temperature below 0°C for about 10 minutes.
Another feature of the N'ICE machines is that they eliminate the bacteria present on the surface of the glasses, which risk polluting cocktails, wines, beers and drinks.
All this allows users to reduce the consumption of ice and, consequently, to always serve non-diluted drinks, but also to guarantee absolutely healthy drinks free from bad smells or microbial charges.
