N'ICE to cool and sanitize any type of glass
The N'ICE glass chillers are machines developed to quickly, professionally and absolutely spectacularly cool and sanitize glasses using the thermal shock of CO2, increasing the duration of freezing beyond any existing limit.
They are designed with a modern and elegant line that adapts to any decor, made with high quality materials and components and built according to the 2006/42/EC directive for food use and CE certified.
They freeze all types of glasses with gas (CO²): cocktail glasses, long drink glasses, champagne glasses, wine glasses, etc.
N'ICE glass cooler: safety information
All maintenance operations must be carried out on N'ICE machines disconnected from the mains.
Before connecting the N'ICE glass cooler, make sure that the mains voltage corresponds to that indicated on the appliance data. Furthermore, it is important to check that the power socket is earthed and has a protective differential (circuit breaker).
When you have to unplug the power plug, it is good practice to do so by pulling only the body and not the cable. We recommend protecting the power cord from sources of heat, steam and oils and not to touch the appliance with wet hands or feet when the plug is plugged in and never touch the CO2 jet closely with your hands (danger of burns). nor direct the latter on people or animals.
It is also essential not to use the appliance in potentially explosive environments as there is a risk of fire/explosion. If the appliance is to remain unused, it is recommended to disconnect the power plug from the mains.
Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids and only use it on flat surfaces.
Finally, it is essential to use exclusively food-grade CO2 as gas to fill the cylinder and not to use cylinders that contain gas at a higher pressure than that indicated in the technical data of the appliance. Never fill the cylinder beyond the maximum recommended pressure given in the technical data of the appliance.
N'ICE glass chiller: operation
For the perfect functioning of the N'ICE glass chillers, it is important:
Connect a cylinder filled with food CO2 gas to the inlet fitting of the equipment using the special tube supplied. If the cylinder available should have a different connection with respect to the type of inlet connection, it is necessary to obtain an adapter connection that adapts the two connections
Once the cylinder is securely connected, open the cylinder valve
Plug the power cord into a suitable outlet
At this point, to start dispensing, simply press the dispensing button
The LEDs present will light up and the gas will come out of the special delivery nozzle
At the end of use, close the cylinder tap, release the residual pressure by pressing the dispensing button and disconnect the appliance power cable from the socket

N'ICE glass chillers
All our glass chiller models work with CO2 cylinders (Carbon Dioxide, E290 for food use) with a dip tube inserted inside the cylinder which draws the CO2 in liquid phase from the bottom.
If you use a cylinder without a dip tube, N'ICE will continue to emit gas, but will not freeze the glass.
Our glass chillers require a 10kg or higher cylinder.
